Our consultants are either in house experts in the field to which you are seeking advice or they are selected from our list of preferred consultants, which you can hire through us for a discounted rate. We offer our professional consulting services on a per hour or per project basis and each project is quoted separately.

Grant Wallace, A&P |

Grant Wallace has been the driving force in our INTERACTS and AVDOX products. He coordinates the daily operations of the other team members and schedules classes that they teach. Mr. Wallace's experience is in aviation maintenance and he has been involved in aviation from a very young age. He has worked from simple line maintenance to part 121 maintenance and developed maintenance programs for regulated operations. He has also managed several corporate aircraft for different companies in the past. His military experience spans from large transport aircraft maintenance to small rotor wing maintenance. He has been a military aircrew member and he holds a degree in industrial engineering technology, a private pilot's certificate with an instrument rating and an A&P. |

Dr. Anand Gramopadhye, Ph.D. |

Dr. Gramopadhye currently is the chair of the Clemson University Industrial Engineering Department. His work in aviation maintenance human factors and aviation maintenance training is extensive and he is regarded as an authority on the subjects. Dr. Gramopadhye has authored several reports for the FAA , NASA, and The National Science Foundation. Dr. Gramopadhye holds degrees from University of Bombay, India and State University of New York, where he earned his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering. |

Brian D. Frazier, ATP |

Mr. Frazier's experience is in corporate flight department operations. He has been in aviation since childhood and has experience piloting several different types and categories of aircraft. His recent experience includes developing training programs for other flight departments to assist in obtaining lower insurance premiums. He has worked closely with USAIG insurance to have these programs approved and is a recommended consultant by the insurance companies to perform this service. Mr. Frazier holds an ATP Certificate, a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Aviation and is currently pursuing his Master's Degree. |

Dr. William Bell, Ed.D. |

Dr. Bell spent a career as a US NAVY Flight Officer. He was stationed around the globe and has several thousand hours of flying experience. During his career he also taught at the United States Naval Academy. After retiring from the Navy he pursued a career teaching commercial aviation as a professor at Delta State University. Dr. Bell earned his Doctoral Degree and has since retired from teaching. Dr. Bell holds an ATP certificate and a Doctoral degree in Education from Delta State University. |

Frank Webb, A&P, IA |

Mr. Webb's experience is very broad in the aviation arena. He has been an instructor at a part 147 maintenance training school he has operated a corporate aviation maintenance facility and also worked as a supervisor at a turbine engine overhaul facility where he was responsible for operational tests of engines in the test cells. He has experience with Six Sigma programs and currently is our maintenance program auditor. Mr. Webb holds a bachelor's degree from Clemson University, a private pilot certificate as well as an A&P with an Inspection Authorization. |
